Haha. If you think the downside is barely there with AGY, you're a true optimist, I'll give you that.
You may or may not have noticed... well, clearly you haven't, but AGY is all but dead. There is basically no upside, the company is complete trash.
Optimism is a wonderful thing when you are running your own project or working on a personal relationship or wanting to feel good about situation you have no choice but to be in. This type of optimism is very destructive when it comes to stock market investments. You have no control over AGY, you are not running the company. Your job, your responsibility to yourself as an investor, is to see things realistically. Being an eternal optimist on the stock market may not be too bad if you exclusively invest in blue chips you don't want to manage, but if you're investing in high risk startups, it's going to be a personal wealth killer.
At this point the main reason to be watching AGY is the marvel at how deep and destructive human denial gets. If people like Rob seem to be getting some sort of sadistic joy out of the show, keep in mind how much holders have abused and ridiculed him, despite him having called it very accurately.
AGY isn't even trying to work on any operations at this time and can't even attempt to resume doing so without diluting existing holders. What exactly are you hoping for as a holder?
