How is dilution a threat? It may be a concern for an investor or moreover trader but it's not a threat to the business. In fact the ability to raise capital from the support of holders or investors should be seen as a strength of faith in the business.
You seem to view it with the same attitude you bought in during the hype days and not an investment in commercial operations.
