Hmmm... but your “company-specific” chart reflects the key shifts between smart money, instos, and public investment, and hence illustrates this issue of what some may call “escalating emotion”, where the last group (public) get caught up in fomo and greed in a manner that the other two do not (or at least to a much lesser extent?)...
So, I still can’t see the rationale for such a massive drop/correction in, say, the Nasdaq (or Dow for that matter) as you suggest.. because the three key groups are in it all along... there is no similar transition between them...

As long as the Ponzi scheme continues, and the BEOT has access to more and more money (via superannuation/bailouts/money-printing etc), then the can just keeps getting kicked down the road, imo.

Anything’s possible, so we’ll have to wait and see I suppose.
