HoA are like MOU - all I tdntions but not binding. Hopefully Mitsu is still on it all the way, and several other interested parties, but nothing is legally binding. I have no doubt something good will come but n(eggs) doesn't equal n(chickens). Any one of our eggs could turn out to be a swan, or even an albatross.
