You’ve mentioned a couple of times now that perhaps the permits for the 10ktpa expansion somehow rely on progress or performance of the 2ktpa operation....
What makes you say this?
Afaik there is zero connection between the two, as far as permits are concerned.
Afaik there is no trigger or need to prove anything with the 2ktpa operation to “help” or to “allow” the expansion permits.
Strange ideas and unfounded afaict.
