Despite our disagreements, i think a few things we can all agree on with the upcoming AGM.
Voting no for the options.
Voting no bonus and salary increase for Alex M, if anything i would vote him out of AGY completely.
JZ’s performance bonus should be set to a reasonable share price of at least the previous peak of 40c+ and upon the signing of the deal he promised a few years back.
I think that is a reasonable expectation. I will leave it at that. Last chance to prove himself and actually deliver something solid. There should really be no reason he cannot with the fundamentals improving day by day.
