Don't be fooled by the "case" number garbage. The trend/behaviour of that "data" is effectively meaningless due to massive and continual changes in the number of tests, test protocols, etc.
If anything at all, glean something indicative from the number of deaths (despite these being somewhat skewed also, DYOR), which for Argentina is showing NO indication of any type of recent resurgence (see below), despite what you/we are wanted to believe by those waving the fearporn "case" numbers in your/our face daily.
It's a messy messy game this one. Beware and DYOR.
