The deal at Tonopah is that an extra $250k will be paid EITHER on commencement of commercial operations OR the outlining of 1m tons LCE or more, the vendor basically saying: "It's worthless to me and you can have it for peanuts but if you can make a go of it then cut me in". That's a pretty good deal both ways.
