In my opinion and I admit it's not worth much, I look at AGY as a company about to start producing cash. At 35 cents it's a steal compared to PLS and AVX in terms of potential share price increase, assuming of course AGY goes the same way as other slightly more advanced ventures.
But, and forgive me for me ignorance, why is the SP so low compared to AVX and say PLS ?
