    He doesn't own shares or equity (re your relation to MC) as part of the JV (he may own privately and it was reported he does) he (Puna) gets a share of the profits.

    22.5% of 2000 = 450
    10% of 12000 = 1200

    They almost triple their stake.

    It's been hashed many times and is in the announcements and/or forum search using keywords.
