Thoughts? Call me cynical but I think this sounds like a 'consensus' among some analysts achieved in a Brussels echo chamber. Do we really think the leading battery-makers in places like Asia and (in Elon's eyes) USA are going to sit back and wait while one of the most regulated jurisdictions in the world (try to) get all their ducks in a row?
