Remember for those wanting to vote no to the options.....
Obviously vote no to resolution 5 which is about the options.
Also vote no to resolution 3 which enables the company to issue additional capacity without shareholder approval. The fine print does state that of we voted no to options but yes to additional placement capacity...then the options will just come out of the additional placement capacity. Very sneaky JZ.
Vote NO to resolution 3 and 5, if u dont want them maggots to get their paws on the free options.
