I was thinking that the other day @blacktrade even though I would assume that the OT agreements will be likely negotiated and draw up already, I do wonder where the equity component of the funding arrangement is a point of re-negotiation that may be slowing down the final release. CIF prices continue to look better by the day and the need to hand over an equity stake diminishes.
I am on the same line of thinking as most that OT wont be announced until 10Kt permits are signed and delivered though.
