I'm have conservation in my numbers with:
- the Sales price (I'm assuming will sell at a discount to market)
- the Costs (material prices surely will have increased from DFS)
- SOI - I have 1,020,000,000? (Does yours include options?)
But, run with a 20 PE
I've included $71m of losses in my tax calculation. At end Jun 2020, AGY had this on their books.
If you assume no tax is payable (which I think is a fair assumtion); it moves your conservative SP to $1.70
