For me, in any case, it makes an immense difference whether AGY approaches the financing before or after the successful start of the 2k production. I've given the reasons (unsurprisingly, you do not respond to this). If you don't see the difference or don't care - fine. But please refrain from pointless comments regarding the prescribed positioning of another user, of which you never know if it is true anyway.
