Yeah well I think the deal will come when the approval for 10k is granted. But if it's not done before production then I think there are problems behind the scenes. And if they come out and say can't find one 'favourable' enough then that would be either a) blatant lie or b) they're being unreasonable to the buyer if "no one" is offering a favourable deal.

The only problem Argosy is going to have is which offer we’ll accept. We’ve sent out plenty of tonnage for customer testing - the ball is in our court. It’s a good problem to have being the next BG carbonate producer.
