Biden is using defence production legislation to encourage domestic production of lithium amongst other critical minerals. AGY has a lithium mine in the US but you wouldn’t know it reading the local press.

This is where I am sympatico with our red cordial liking friend @Kaeho and get so frustrated with the company. I know they are months out from producing the real thing & have said it’s Argentina first but it doesn’t take much time or $ to hire a PR firm to keep AGY front & centre when these issues come up locally.

Every time Rio Tintos mine gets mentioned so should ours. It wouldn’t surprise me if this company remains a secret once we are producing!!! Bloody Masons!

This policy change has been on the cards for months & unless the company are doing work behind the scenes which looks unlikely given they’ve not mentioned it, it seems like an own goal for something so obvious?

I guess this is the problem being a small startup without a big resource-although that’s yet to be determined- but having a small team monitoring the US asset again seems obvious?

Then again What do I know?
