Hi GCar, I agree with you. I only present this scenario as something that could hypothetically surprise the market.
I expect the 2ktpa and gradual improvement to the plant over time.
It's worth keeping in mind that being able to produce at a rate above the permitted amount may still be beneficial if you want to catch up on lost production from an unplanned outage.
