Apologies, suggesting the price is capped is incorrect and misleading. My personal thoughts are dodgey customs officials have been allowing product for export well below the actual sale price to avoid tax.

We have been selling product domestically from our pilot plant and negotiating offtakes based on CIF North Asia (US$75 per kilo) for some time now. To now suggest sales will be subject to a reference price of US$53 per kilo is a kick in the guts at this point.

A response from the brains trust here includiing Dr Manhattan, Jezza, Seagull, GCAR etc as well as the Company would be appreciated at this point. If you think today's revelations is inconsequential carry on.

I have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in Argosy, don't shoot the messenger.
