- Pricing using North Asia CIF (If Possible) which is around $78k but havent made any arrangement
- Offtakes - prefer strategic partners with prepayment and mutual benefits
- Funding : In the best interest of shareholdes with minimal dillution (if possible)
- Tech: Potential to sell AGY's tech/ expertise to other company
- Macro: There is no surplus in Lithium in the next 1-2 years
