    if the financing deals link with offtake in any way such as prepayment, it’s looking like the product from 2k plant need to be verified by the buyer.

    soften the tedious wait of the permit, the idea of 10kt expansion on top of 2kt rather than up to 10kt was decided in July 2021 only. There could be a soft restart in the permit review with gov.
