If this was indeed the case, and JZ knows about it, then surely he would have informed the market?

IIRC he has said that the approvals could come at any time now..?



Or are you suggesting that perhaps the authorities are "secretly" waiting to see the 2ktpa plant fire up successfully ..?

IMO the approvals are not contingent on the 2ktpa plant commissioning at all.
Anyone have anything substantial to support this idea?
