Their management is a one man show (Geoff) who is a good geologist but a poor manager. Too many eggs in his basket, nice initiator but poor finisher. Focus shifts with the hype of the moment. (rotating between iron ore, lithium, gold)

He wants to produce local pig iron in WA from an iron ore deposit but doesn't even have a defined resource yet. No hard time lines, lots of ifs and buts in his plans, just lots of wishful thinking to ever see things happening, same is true for his lithium projects. Chronically low on cash as well (cap raises), RLC is not an investment stock but a very speculative one as it has it jumps on announcements. Just waiting to be taken over if you ask me.

I betbif our drilling in Tonopah yields something fruitful, RLC will add a few times their current MC overnight
