Yes MOU's mean nothing untill they become binding and you may well be correct with M although nothing gets potential Lithium offtake prospects attention faster than a shortage of Lithium .
Like you I'm very much looking forward to who we eventually team up with and I'm not expecting that necessarily anytime soon , Lithium prices will have bought more parties to the table IMO and we can sell on the spot market while waiting .
The only real urgency is getting the ponds started once permits are through and that will depend on whether JZ and the board feel comfortable starting them with cash in hand and Cash flow with no offtake/ finance deal signed , that would come with some risk and JZ is risk averse....
