I think that has been hinted but exclusively noted (I do tend to agree that this may be the catalyst). Until that point, I still have to run off the assumption that the are mutual exclusive. Was more curious to see if they would continue to soldier on with further expansion regardless of offtake/funding. I.e permit may be granted tomorrow but don't expect a announcement to say we have begun further 10k expansion works
