Great stuff Fongy its always worth contacting head office for any general information. Basically sticking with the existing plan "A" which they have been on for a long time and will be well advanced, but with possibility of new players entering the scene.
However I'm not aware of any trail shipments in recent times which would indicate they aren't looking for anyone else.
Probably the biggest shift in the existing plan is less about timelines for offtake/finance and more about the ability to sell into the spot market while negotiating....
Any cash generated over the construction period will reduce the overall finance burden regardless of how its financed...
