Question was more posed around the event that funding was not secured and using funds from spot price sales to begin works on expansion (assuming permit arrives prior) for orders of long lead time equipment ect.
There have been some scenarios mentioned on here and thought I would ask the question to management as I was curious. I have always found JZ to answer emails particularly promptly.
