Well very pleased there was no 'deal' done back then with anyone! Today it's a completely different story. Jerko has already stated they'll be very happy to sell on market at spot price and as they're soon producing (nameplate is 5 1/2 tonnes per day) do the math! A lot of people are posting absolute nonsense here. 2000 tpa is going to see all suitors lining up with pens in hand. There is a severe shortage of LiC2O3. Get a grip on yourselves.
