Want it to fly, but the actual inclusion date probably won’t make a huge difference. Instos would be taking their positions up to that date- and they usually have an idea about the rebalance, so buy up before the ann. It probably explains the huge buy a couple of days prior to the announcement. I had two other holdings go into the 300 that showed the same unusual volume on the same day.
