Lithium Americans are currently underway with construction of their plant in Argentina and expect to finish and production to commence early 2022. Worthwhile to note they are using typical evaporation ponds not DLE.
Originally they planned to produce 20,000tpa - but this has been increased to 40,000tpa. They have offtake agreements in place for over 90% of the 40,000 tpa at market prices.
From the research i have done, we will be next in line to complete our plant and commence production. We can look forward to nice pretty videos like this in the coming months.
As far as price comparison, LAC have also have a clap deposit Thacker Pass in Nevada - which is extremely promising so its hard to compare with AGY. They currently have a market cap of $2.7B US
