    Also, I'm not sure that they mentioned $0.31 was limited to (or based on) the 2ktpa plant.

    hmmm....


    Even if the $6500 is accurate, that's still fine by me. The 2ktpa is only a temporary stepping stone towards the 10ktpa (or larger).
