If I were to put on my tinfoil hat I would say that this is because AGY is doing this by themselves.
There has been very limited vested interests that will market and push how "wonderful" the share is by brokers and the like because there is nothing in it for them or their buddies.

Nil debt and no rights to the IP. They are not in anyone's pocket.

I swear when brokers start putting out buy recommendations it is AFTER they have already take positions....

But screw them....if the vision is realised and when the cash start rolling in it will be a different story.
And if the market cap stays low.... doesn't matter.... we can just keep expanding or pay out nice fat dividends.

The only hurdle left is funding... for the remaining 8ktpa and going forwards.

Then of course there a number of actions the company can take from there with proven capability and cash flow coming in....
