I acknowledged in my post that I don't know what is in the pipeline or how they are going to turns things around.
I asked for feedback on what I don't know to make sense of the MC and how that may or may not apply to AGY.

It remains a fact that currently the financials does not look good.

I'm well aware that you should be forward looking.
If there are potential future profits in the pipeline, then that is good.

Since I'm not invested in either I haven't done all the research into potential future revenues.... that is why I asked for input.
And hoping to get some good info to follow up on then I don't have to do all the leg work?
