"A Preliminary Economic Assessment for the 10,000tpa scale operation was completed in November 2018.
Pending receipt of all regulatory approvals/permits, Argosy will considerdeveloping the larger scale operation up to an additional 10,000tpa.".

I wish they would just be unambiquous and state outright that they intend to target 20ktpa in total after the 10ktpa has been approved and they have expanded the JORC from current 245,120t to between 507,000-721,000t.
