Good points.
Just to add, I think it’s critical to use not only a spread of pricing scenarios; but also to incorporate variable pricing (over time) instead of using a simple fixed value from now til x date.
Similar approach for capex, opex, timing etc etc.
An old saying we used to have:
“All models are wrong; some models are useful”
Make them more useful by building in ranges, and understand the implications, imo!
