You did not factor in new shares be issued along the way to 12000t which we are still like 3-5 years away. I understand that JZ has mentioned the 10000t additional project will be funded by prepayment, but look at the spot price now I just don't see prepayment will fill the gap unless you wanna go hybernation mode and wait for the spot price to pick up. I am trying to be realistic now that the additional 10000t will be new shares plus prepayment if Jerko want this to start building.
