Well production isn't happening yet. there is a lot of staff. not easy to lay people off during a quiet time where they shut down the production plant and iron out the bugs if everyone employed is Pablo's family! Nepotism is a bad business mix imo. Although it sounds nice I don't see it as a positive for a publicly listed company? Get this show on the road! $$$
