Yeah the insistence by some that the 2 ktpa plant is on budget continues to give me a chuckle. JZ's "on budget" comments remind me of George Bush's "mission accomplished" speech in in May 2003, just a couple of months into the Iraq War (and we know how that went). Whether it's leaders of countries or companies, they always seem to come unstuck with their premature "we did it" moments.
