I don’t doubt PAs ability as a chemical Eng I think he’s proven that being able to produce the good stuff. Unfortunately I think they failed on the Mech Eng side of things installing pumps,pipes & filter cloths etc that were perhaps not capable of achieving the flow rate needed so on that front PA /Puna are on the hook.Lets hope all the new stuff is installed & capable of hitting nameplate or very close to it asap.AIMO
