we have advanced and will continue to do so. it's just a matter of time unless you think pablo and 200 strong team are only eating at the bakery, some amazingly expensive bakery outside salta. Surely a pop-up retail store in Perth or Sydney would have done better in the short term,

everyone here complaining still knows we will get there. Otherwise, why would you stick around complaining

Where do you come up with these figures... you're seriously one of the worst cuprite's for just making things up. Late 2021 I built an investment property in literally 4 months, 5th month it was on the market. 2023 my mate built a 40sq home over 2 levels including pool, in less than 8 months... even with material shortages they could still get it done.

Maybe if you follow AGY's lead and hire inexperienced contractors, then yes, 1.5 years sounds about right for you.
