Wow, I see there was so much banter in here over Easter while the market was closed and everyone was excited about a rally this week based on last week's announcement. Then it didn't happen and the place goes silent!

The reality is that while the meeting *might* indicate that the permit could be coming soon, if it does, it just means a big CR is looming which will drop the share price - I'm sure the people holding at this point will not see it this way, but in reality, if the permit was to come now, it would indicate an upcoming CR and drop in share price. The market has some awareness of this, though the indifference may be just as much due to it not taking AGY carrot dangling seriously any more. If the permit doesn't come, a 'keep the lights on' CR is coming anyway.
