Or you could use Millennial Lithium's Pastos Grandes project (now owned by LAAC), which is also in Salta Province and took just one year (almost to the day) from submission to approval.
Eramet are almost finished building their operation at Centenario Ratones. If they have a pending EIA approval, it is for a subsequent stage, not the 24 ktpa operation which is already approved (construction couldn't have commenced without environmental approval).
Or you could use Millennial Lithium's Pastos Grandes project...
