The high cost of producing Li2CO3 from the pilot plant would be more than offset by the company continuing to demonstrate its abilities. 5 tonne a week should be doable and would also allay concerns of those of us who remember back when the pilot plant upgraded its stated production capacity from 150 to 500 tpa.
Separately, I dont believe the anticipated operating costs for the 2,000tpa plant have been released by the company. The USD $4,625/t quoted are operating costs for the 10,000tpa plant, which I assume would be far more efficient than the 2,000tpa plant.
