So much for Pablo being an expert! This operation is taking forever to reach nameplate.
The delay in permitting approval is very likely due to the government believing that Argosy just don't have what it takes to develop assets in their country.
The asset will be taken by someone else before we know it.
In the meantime ,we get to read their useless updates.
