Focus.
My point, for those who don’t have their vision obscured by the red mist, is that accusing a company MD of LYING, and reiterating that false claim on multiple occasions, to an audience on Australia’s largest (?) stock investment/trading forum, may indeed be seen by said MD as grounds to base legal action.

Clearly not all; why would someone who was “well aware” make false statements that could make their AGY losses pale into insignificance should the lawyers pounce?

ROFL I have simply pointed out the potential legal ramifications a few times, when the “lies” narrative pops up.
You’ve apparently “lost count”, when those occasions could probably be counted on one hand. LOL
