No, AGY has specifically stated - for several years (DYOR the announcements are there for everyone to read) - that updating the resource via further exploration work will lead to a feasibility study for a larger capacity operation.

The resource upgrade landed in Jan this year.
Discussion of drilling delays etc are in the archives.

We just received estimates for increased production scenarios based on modelling of that upgraded resource. Great.

The feasibility study is built upon these things, and upcoming work including that around financial modelling of potential production scenarios.

Producing a feasibility study has NOT at all been a recent decision.
The priority has always been de-risking the processing technology; producing a feasibility study has not been on the critical path, afaict, like it is for most juniors who take a more conventional approach and would stall all/most activity without one.

The company is working through the steps in the order and with the priority that they deem most suitable. Simple.

Your suggestion that producing a feasibility study is "maybe" a recent decision due to prior oversight is not accurate at all.
