I wouldn't read too much into it. She looks like she's holding something, or she could be getting ready to flip the camera man the bird. If there was more than one person doing it, I reckon you could be onto something. But in isolation, probably nothing. More importantly though, isn't that Jerko in a blue hat, 5th from the right with his arm around Pablo's shoulder?
