In this case there's no prediction, it has already happened, although it was predictable. *THERE WAS A CAPITAL RAISING WITH MANY SHARES ISSUED AT A LARGE DISCOUNT TO THE CURRENT SHARE PRICE* this created a market perception of a 13c value which dropped the price which caused a panic which encouraged selling which dropped the price further and here we are.

It's like you guys have never seen a capital raising before. This literally *usually* happens. Yet when it happens, people usually sit there like confused puppies wondering where the toy behind their master's back vanished to.
