I think the best time to buy is about 1 hour after open. In DMI's case we have a small MC which i believe is undervalued and I'm hoping for a $2 sp in around 12- 18 months. It's a spec stock and the fizz might be wrong and all we have is a fresh water reserve who knows.
Don't punt what you cant afford.
