Please read LPI's recent announcement this problem was significantly derisked recently.
Regarding NLC, you have written them off with "their unique set of problems" but fail to mention what is their problem. I'd like to hear it from you please.
Falling share price of LPI and NLC is NOT a problem, most junior lithium stocks has gone through a hard time in the last few months due to an industry wide correction. DMI was rather immune to this correction because it was sitting at a low market cap at the time, and its recent share price performance is likely to be attributable to HC marketing.
Every Mining company has its own risks, IMO most risk presents in the exploration stage when the potential size and grade and other metrics is an unknown factor. Talking about comparing apples to apples don't forget it takes on average 7 years for a brine company to get to commercial scale production, DMI is no exception. NLC and LPI has both advanced to a stage where they are ready to get to production in 2-3 years, both sitting at an EV at about just double that of DMI. Both companies has an already proven, large, world class resource and a DFS due in a few months time. It's not rocket science to figure out which company offers better risk reward at the price where they currently sit.
I'd be a willing buyer of DMI at a market cap of ~10M, this price is way too high for the stage the company is at, it is a simple and obvious fact.
